Refunds and Returns
At BelleBackyard we offer 30 days return policy, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Please carefully review our return and refund policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, you may do so; however, customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange process.
Returns
Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any product return will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging the product for a different item, we may assist with part of the shipping costs, depending on the product.

When making a purchase from BelleBackyard, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If any damage is found, you must document it with photos and notify BelleBackyard within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will cover the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping fees for a new product in case of a return or exchange.
- Products must be returned in unused and unopened condition. A restocking fee will apply.
- If your order has left the warehouse, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.
- If you return your order after it has shipped, you are responsible for all return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25%.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. For damaged items, please send photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU, along with a brief description to support@bellebackyard.com within 24 hours. Failure to report freight damage within this time frame will void the claim. Any punctures or visible signs of damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty claims cover damages that occur over time through normal use. If an item is damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it will not be considered a warranty issue.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in unused, unopened condition and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will either receive a replacement or store credit equivalent to the value of that item when purchased individually. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and may incur a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues you may have with your order. We strive to make our policies as fair as possible, and we are always available to assist you. Please contact us if you have any problems before considering a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in legal action.
